Collaborative work with Frédérick Desjardins for the Symposium d’art gigantesque in Waterloo
Nylon fabric, blower, approx. 5 x4 x3.
1997
A true collaborative work with Frédérick Desjardins where two different textile sculptures were joined together by a sort of umbilical cord made of fabric, the whole installation growing into a two-faceted inflatable sculpture. This work was a result of a year long experimental class at Université du Québec that ended in an exhibition titled Bain public, événement et colloque sur le lieu en art actuel under the guidance of Monique Régimbald-Zeiber, Denis Rousseau and Mario Côté.
